Portfolio

With nearly twenty years of experience, I have had the ability to work in all forms of creative production; although I was trained classically as a painter, I have spent most of my career in commercial art for projects ranging from toys to television. I have served as the creative lead on multi-million dollar website redesigns for a major greeting card company, developed the first event-sites as a castmember for the Walt Disney Company and even developed components for NFL half-time shows (Jacksonville Jaguars Inaugural Game).

Web Development

Having worked in interactive media since the early 90's with Director and Lingo to the emerging potential of a burgeoning internet economy, I have been involved in many projects over the years.

Identity

From the days of crafting letterforms with a long brush and a steady hand to the photo typositor and beyond, I have developed many identity packages over the years.

Photography

I have also have extensive experience directing shots as well as taking up time behind the lens. From my early days in Philadelphia and traditionl silver-halide processes to today's digital media, I still consider photography one of my favorite forms of visual communications.

Education

I received a B.F.A. in Illustration as a member of the inaugural graduating class of The University of the Arts, formerly The Philadelphia College of Art. UArts has a long and storied history in Philadelphia and has evolved to meet the needs of society as the arts in America has evolved. While there, my course of study included anatomy, painting, scientific illustration as well as bookbinding, printmaking and jewelry. They're some of the greatest instructors in the country and I would highly recommend the University to any one looking to pursue their passions in the arts.
